Model CK1440 CNC lathe is a self-designed lathe on the basis of absorbing foreign advanced technology. Inheriting the mature experiences in producing CNC lathe and the new developing trend of abroad, the lathe is designed to be the whole structure of base and bed, slanting bed, rearmounted tool rest, steel inlaid rectangular or linear rolling guideway and full enclosed cover. The machine is equipped with AC powerful main motor and AC servo. Reasonable modular configuration can be achieved upon customer's requirement. The machine is fitted with motor spindle, power tool, c axis indexing function to perform turning, milling, drilling operation of various complex parts. It is used for machining cylinder, cone, curved face, thread and end face etc. The machine is suitable for machining plates and shafts parts of complex shape, high precision, various specifications in single, middle and small batches. It is an ideal substitute for updating equipment in automobile, motorcycle, machinery, machine tool, mineral, textile, precision equipment, hydraulic industries, etc.
