MODEL CK1450 CNC LATHE

Model CK1450 CNC lathe is self-designed on the basis of introducing foreign advanced technology. Embodied the mature experiences of producing CNC  Lathe and the new developing trend of abroad, the lathe is designed to be the whole structure of base and bed, slanting bed, rear-mounted tool rest, linear rolling guide-way and fully enclosed cover. The machine is provided with AC main motor of strong type and AC servo. Reasonable modular configuration can be achieved upon user' s requirement. It is used for machining cylinder face, cone, curved face, thread, end face etc. The machine is suitable for plate and shaft parts of complex shape, high accuracy, multi process in single, small and middle batch. It is an ideal substitute for updating equipment in industries of automobile, motorcycle, aerospace, machinery, machine tool, mineral, textile, precision equipment and hydraulic etc.

The machine can also  become turning center by fitted  with electric main spindle, power tool and  c axis indexing function to perform turning, milling drilling operation.
