MODEL N-088 SERIES CNC LATHE
MODEL N-088 SERIES CNC LATHE series CNC lathes are self-designed lathes with full automation, high precision, high efficiency and powerful cutting. It is produced by absorbing the foreign advanced technologies, combining the mature experiences of automatic lathe, special purpose lathe and CNC lathe. This makes single-spindle turret automatic lathe numerically controlled. The machines are designed to be L-type bed, rearmounted tool rest and full enclosed cover. The machines is modular design. According to the different requirement, they can be equipped with different layout to operate economically and reasonably. The tool turret has eight stations. The machine can turn the internal and outer circle (such as column, taper and circle), end face under swing diameter of 180mm. It also performs thread, drilling, reaming and boring operation. The machine is suitable for producing bars, tubes, plates and short shafts parts, especially complex shape, high precision, multi-process parts in single and batch production. It can feed and drop stock automatically.
