MODEL N-094 CNC TURNING-GRINDING COMPLEX MACHINE

Model N-094 CNC turning and grinding machine is a new type of machine developed on the requirement of high precision braking disc for OEM automobile industry. It is first innovation patent production in China.

The machine is five axes controlling, three axes coupling. The max. turning diameter is φ400mm, the max. grinding diameter is φ400mm. It is especially suitable for finish machining braking disc for automobile. When machining, first simultaneously turning double end faces, then simultaneously grinding double end faces. The equal thickness of two end faces can reach 0.005mm. The roughness can reach above Ra0.4.
