For improving quality and after services, fulfilling the conception in servicing for customer, responsibility for customer, satisfying with customer, our company gives out the following quality assurance declaration:

1. Ensure meeting the national standard, industry standard or technical conditions in contract, improving the reliability of products, trouble-shooting early before leaving factory.
    

2. For precise CNC machine and special purpose machine, ensure sending service person to guide mounting, testing, strictly implementing supervision by customer and accepting in company. 
    

3. After receiving customer’s notice of quality problem, ensure replying in 48 hours or sending service person on the spot. Not leaving upon not eliminating trouble.
    

4. Having quality problem in guarantee period, if service person can’t eliminate trouble within 10 days after arriving, ensure compensating 30 yuan per hour from the eleventh day (accounting 8 hours in one day). After maintaining for two weeks, ensure returning and replacing if it still can’t meet quality requirement.
    

5. Ensure providing spare parts for company’s products and doing the maintenance service well according to customer.
