MODEL VMC-700 VERTICAL MACHINING CENTER
Model VMC-700 vertical machining center can be optionally equipped with many kinds of CNC system according to customer's requirement. The basic configuration is three axes(X, Y, Z) coupling. The main motor is servo motor. It can perform milling, boring, tapping and machining curved face. The machine has many kinds of fixed cycles, such as end milling, drilling deep hole, reaming hole and boring. The presetting program controls changing tools and machining automatically. During changing tools, there goes with blowing air of spindle center for keeping tool handle and taper hole of spindle clean. The machine has high automation level, wide usage and can perform many kinds of rough, finish machining for one time clamping.
According to customer's requirement, CNC rotary table and other motion components can be optionally mounted on the machine to realize four axes coupling.
The machining center is widely used in industries of automobile, textile, machinery, machine tool, apparatus, motor, mould,
etc.
